ibis Coventry Centre

The staff was very friendly even when we checked in after midnight. The breakfast was consistently excellent. We had dinner at the hotel which worked out fine. The dining area did not close and the staff was so accommodating.

There was a large group of us that travelled for an event. A lady called Alex on the main desk was very helpful from check-in and for the rest of the evening was very helpful when we were all ordering food and drinks. All the staff were so great considering we caused the hotel to be very busy due to large numbers

Very modern & clean. The room was spacious with everything needed. The shower room, although not huge, was well designed & the shower was excellent. The location was excellent being a 10 minute easy walk into the city centre. There's a large car park ( they charge £6 for 24 hours) but this is preferable to parking in a public car park. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. We've stayed in hotels at twice the price which have been considerably poorer.

The location is very good, only a 10-minute walk from Coventry station, and there are several bus stations nearby. The breakfast is of good value - though the food area is quite small, the variaty is good, and both continental as well as English options are provided.

The room was lovely. Generous in size and clean. The breakfast was lovely and filling. There was a great choice. The staff were really nice, polite and extremely helpful. The location of the hotel is a 5 min walk to the town centre and train station via the underground pass/walkway. In the main foyer there is a pool table and recreational area to chill having a few drinks.
